Following three years of hard work; nineteen different development schemes, three planning applications and a planning appeal informal hearing on the last two applications, we have achieved planning approval for development of the site. The scheme will consist of a replacement office building, three A2 shop units, 33no: flats, 12no: houses and associated access roads, parking and play areas. The project is due to start on site in September 2010.
